EXPERIENCE

We have 16 years experience in manufacturing.

Our staff consists of 12 persons. 11 of them have higher education.

Our production facilities consist of 340 square meters with 80 square meters of ‘clean zone’.

OUR COATING TECHNOLOGIES

Electron Beam Evaporation

A filament emits a magnetically focused, high energy beam that is swept within a crucible of deposition material.

Magnetron sputtering Deposition

Magnetron Sputtering is a Plasma Vapor Deposition (PVD) process in which a plasma is created and positively charged ions from the plasma are accelerated by an electrical field superimposed on the negatively charged electrode.

Ion Assisted Deposition

A broad beam ion source directs a dispersed ion beam with a range of ion energies toward the substrate, typically along with a sputter or electron beam source.

Resistive Thermal Evaporation

Electrical current is used to heat a filament, which in turn heats deposition material to the point of evaporation.

  1. Variable reflectivity mirrors

    Variable reflectivity mirrors (VRM) were used as coupling elements in lasers. Transverse mode discrimination, and the near- and far-field optical quality of unstable laser resonators can be  improved with variable reflectivity mirrors. Optonas offers variable reflectivity mirrors with dielectric coating, designed at wavelengths in a range from 266 to 2500 nm.

  2. Coatings on crystals

    All types (problematic and delicate):  AGS; DKDP; KDP; LBO; LiIO3;  ZGP; – AR; BBAR;  W;  PR; p; contact layers and other coating types. YAG; KTP; KTA; YVO4; ZnSe; RTP; KGW; -HR; AR, BBAR; W; PR, beam splitters, electrodes and etc.

  3. Metal coatings

    Golden mirror + protection without absorption up to 20 μm,  Golden  mirror without protection, Golden mirror for internal reflection; Golden contact layers. Silver and  Aluminium + protection;  highest  LIDT, environmental stability, durability  (~10 years).  Due to high  LIDT it can be used instead of  BBHR mirror.
